Put your show in front of
collectors who actually want to attend.
GrailNest is a collector platform for Funko & collectible fans to track their collections, hunt grails, and find the pieces they're chasing. Listing your convention is free — you get your own event page where collectors can RSVP, follow for updates, build a hunt list for your floor, and click straight through to your tickets and vendor applications.
Why list with us
Reach collectors at the moment they're planning their next hunt.
Collectors on GrailNest already track what they own and what they're chasing. A listing puts your show in front of exactly that audience — people who travel for grails, work vendor floors, and plan their weekends around the right event.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
Listing your convention is free. You get a full event page, RSVPs and follows, tracked links to your tickets and vendor applications, and a backlink to your site. Featured placement and premium organizer tools may be offered later, but the listing itself stays free.
Do I have to be the official organizer?
To manage an event page you should be the organizer, promoter, venue, or an authorized rep. You confirm that when you submit. We may verify before granting full management access.
What does "publishes instantly" mean?
When your listing is complete — roughly 90% of the fields filled in, including a description, venue, links, and images — it goes live the moment you submit, no review queue. A lighter listing still publishes, just after a quick check.
Can I update or remove my listing?
Yes. You manage your convention from your dashboard — edit details, post updates, and ask us to remove it anytime. Changing key facts on a live event (name, dates, links) re-runs a quick review.
Ready to list your convention?
It's free, takes a few minutes, and a complete listing goes live instantly. Submit it yourself, or email us and we'll set it up with you.
