When does the mobile app launch?
It's in active development and we haven't locked a public date yet. The waitlist gets first access and the launch notice before anyone else.
Do I need the app to use GrailNest?
No. The full GrailNest experience already runs in your browser today: add items, track value, chase grails, and share your public shelf. The app adds fast on-the-go scanning on top of it.
Will my web collection show up in the app?
Yes. It's the same account and the same Nest. Anything you add on the web is there the moment you sign into the app, and new scans sync straight back to the web.
Which phones will it support?
Both iPhone and Android are planned, shipping through the App Store and Google Play.
What happens if a barcode isn't recognized?
You teach it once. Enter the name, keep scanning, and GrailNest remembers that barcode so the next collector who scans it gets an instant match.
